Shipping Destinations & Regional Restrictions
Uptown Pharmacy offers shipping to customers within the United States and internationally.
- Standard Products: Most over-the-counter (OTC), wellness, and general health products are available for online shopping and shipping worldwide, including all 50 U.S. states.
- Restricted Products: Due to varying state, federal, and international regulations, certain products are subject to specific legal restrictions. These products are only available for delivery in select U.S. states where permitted by law.
Note: If a product is restricted in your region, it will be identified at checkout, and the order will not be processed for that specific item.
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (Central Time). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- In cases of high order volume, please allow additional transit days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occur due to customs processing (for international orders), extreme weather, or carrier-specific issues.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes within the U.S. via USPS Standard Shipping. Please note that expedited carriers (UPS/FedEx) typically require a physical residential or business address.
Order Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
Damages, Lost Packages & Limitation of Liability
Uptown Pharmacy is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged order, contact us at hello@uptownrxpharmacy.com within 48 hours. Please provide photographic evidence of the item and packaging.
- No Liability/No Suit Clause: By purchasing from Uptown Pharmacy, you acknowledge that shipping involves third-party carriers. Uptown Pharmacy, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for, and you agree not to bring any legal action or claims regarding, delivery delays, carrier errors, or seized items due to regional legal restrictions.
International Shipping Policy
For orders outside the USA, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Uptown Pharmacy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
