Pyridoxal 5’-Phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6, is supplied with magnesium, an essential mineral that assists B6 metabolism. Magnesium bisglycinate chelate is a well tolerated form of magnesium that is easily and comfortably assimilated without irritation of GI tissues. P-5-P Plus™ is especially useful to support both B6 and magnesium nurtriture, amino acid balance, and liver function.
